Front Desk Officer

 

Description:

-Greet individuals entering office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
-Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments within and outside the establishments
-Deal with queries from visitors, callers & clients
-Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
-Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
-Manage staff and guest’s lunch, tea coffee etc
-Any other task assigned by competent authority
