Front Desk Officer

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer based at our Lahore office. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office organization, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.

Preference will be given to those who have expertise in managing administrative tasks like invoicing and responding to digital social media enquiries in addition to the above.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficient in front desk operations, including Receptionist Duties and Office Administration
  • Strong Customer Service skills with excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience with handling and maintaining Office Equipment efficiently
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and maintain a professional demeanour
  • Proficiency in using basic office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred
  • Ability to manage digital social media accounts/handle invoicing.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is highly desirable
