Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, redirect them as necessary, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support office operations and visitor requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings efficiently.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Handle basic inquiries and direct clients/customers to the appropriate departments.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a diploma in office administration is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
