This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Help Desk Representative. The Patient Help Desk Representative will be responsible for providing help desk support to patients. Requirements

  • Proficient in handling patient calls
  • Well-versed in EHR appointment scheduling
  • Skilled in checking insurance eligibility
  • Adept at collecting patient demographics
  • Proficiency in using Zoom and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the US healthcare industry
