Front Desk Officer

 

Description:

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Answer general queries and forward complaints to concerned officials
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Monitor office supplies, store inventory and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, photocopier, etc
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
• Good in English (oral and written)
• Good complaint handling and multi-tasking abilities
• Customer service orientation
