Front Desk Officer

 

Description:

FiveRivers Technologies is seeking for a Front Desk Officer who can manage our front desk, perform various administrative tasks, and support HR Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them appropriate department.
  • Greet and welcome visitors to the office
  • Monitor employee attendance and maintain updated records and files
  • Support HR Operations in onboarding, employee engagement activities such as organizing events, celebrations and team building activities etc
  • Assist with other HR operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree
  • Proven experience as a front desk officer, administrative assistant, or HR assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Knowledge of HR Operations would be a plus
