Description:

The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires handling a high volume of calls, assisting with customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering support for products or services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues related to products and services.

Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, or account details.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and offering solutions.

Process orders, refunds, or exchanges as needed.

Document customer interactions, complaints, and solutions in the system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Intermediate F.A/FSC
