uTrade Logistics is actively seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the shipping and freight forwarding industry. This is a target-driven position for someone who is passionate about sales, business growth, and long-term client relationships. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills to promote our world-class logistics and freight forwarding services.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell freight forwarding and logistics services to B2B and B2C clients

• Generate qualified sales leads and follow up until closure

• Regular telecalls, arrange client meetings, and exceed sales targets

• Prepare and present competitive quotations and customized proposals

• Understand client shipping needs and propose optimal solutions

• Maintain and grow relationships with both new and existing clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Monitor performance, analyze customer needs, and report regularly to management

• Think creatively to solve client challenges and adapt to evolving needs

🎯 Targets & Rewards:

• Sales target minimum 3x the base salary

• Commission-based incentives in addition to a competitive base salary

🧠 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping & freight forwarding

• Fluent English (C1/C2) – verbal and written

• Proven experience in sales negotiations and business correspondence

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills

• Strong ability to identify opportunities and close deals

• Passion for logistics, sales, and client success

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and open to new ideas
