The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing freight operations, negotiating rates with carriers and shippers, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery processes. This role demands strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure freight loads by connecting with shippers and carriers.
• Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining profitability.
• Manage load bookings, documentation, and tracking from pickup to delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with trucking companies, brokers, and clients.
• Handle real-time problem-solving for any delays or route issues.
• Maintain accurate records in dispatch and brokerage management systems.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in U.S. freight brokerage, dispatching, or logistics operations.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Must own a personal laptop.
