The candidate will be responsible for finding relevant projects, submitting high-quality proposals, generating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Search and identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms.

Submit professional and customized proposals.

Generate qualified leads through effective bidding.

Follow up with potential clients.

Coordinate with the sales/project team for lead conversion.

Maintain daily bidding and lead-generation records.

Meet assigned monthly bidding and sales targets.

Research new opportunities and improve bidding strategies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.
