Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Freelance Marketplace Bidder to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, bid on, and secure high-quality projects across major freelance platforms. If you have a knack for writing compelling proposals, understanding technical requirements quickly, and turning leads into clients, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
·      Daily Bidding: Actively scan freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) for relevant projects.
·      Proposal Writing: Draft customized, engaging, and professional proposals that stand out from the competition.
·      Lead Nurturing: Handle initial client communication, answer queries promptly, and guide leads through the conversion funnel.
·      Requirement Gathering: Understand client project briefs (specifically in web development/IT/design) and align them with our team’s capabilities.
·      Profile Maintenance: Maintain and optimize our agency/freelancer profiles to ensure high response rates.

Requirements & Qualifications:
·      Experience: Proven track record of successfully bidding and securing projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar.
·      Communication: Exceptional written English skills with the ability to write tailored pitches (no generic copy-pasting).
·      Tech-Savvy: A solid baseline understanding of IT, web development, or digital services to accurately interpret project scopes.
·      Drive: Strong negotiation skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently.
