Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading conglomerate, is looking to engage with Consultant: Learning & Development Project Manager.

Project Overview: Client is revamping their L&D platform and the new version will be launched on 1 April. They require an L&D consultant to help manage the roll-out and adoption. The consultant will be expected to assist and coordinate on all related tasks such as stakeholder management, communication, testing and related areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leadership engagement;

- Responsible for employee engagement;

- Responsible for manager capacity building;

- Responsible for HRBP capacity building;

- Responsible for assisting and coordinating tasks such as stakeholder management, communication, testing and related areas.
