Franchise Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Franchise Manager to lead operations for our newly launched multinational F&B brand in Islamabad. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, strong sales performance, and exceptional customer experience from day one.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Branch Operations & Performance

Manage day-to-day branch operations in line with brand SOPs and international standards

Drive sales, profitability, and cost control (food cost, labor cost, wastage)

Ensure smooth opening, stabilization, and ongoing operational efficiency

 

Team Leadership & Training

 

Train, and lead the branch team to deliver consistent service quality

Build a high-performance, customer-focused team culture

Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and conduct performance evaluations

 

Customer Experience & Quality Control

 

Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer complaints professionally

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

Conduct regular quality checks and operational audits

 

Reporting & Coordination

 

Monitor branch KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Coordinate with head office on marketing, supply chain, and operational matters

Support local marketing activities and brand launch promotions

 

Requirements

 

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree Preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in F&B branch management (QSR, café, or restaurant chains preferred)

Experience working with international or multinational brands is a strong advantage
