Fragrance Industry Professional

Fawn is a growing luxury perfume brand looking to onboard an experienced professional from the fragrance industry—someone who deeply understands the ins and outs of perfumery, from product development to execution.

We are seeking an individual who has previously worked within established fragrance or fashion-led perfume brands and brings hands-on, practical industry experience.

Role & Responsibilities

In-depth understanding of the perfume industry (oils, formulation, filling, packaging, compliance)

Vendor & supplier coordination (oils, bottles, caps, boxes, filling units)

Product development support, including fragrance briefs and performance evaluation

Liaison with labs, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders

Market insight on pricing, positioning, and competitive landscape

Operational support to improve efficiency and control costs

Assisting in launch planning, timelines, and SKU management

Required Experience

3–5 years of hands-on experience in the perfume/fragrance industry

Prior experience with recognized or established perfume brands

Strong knowledge of local and regional fragrance supply chains

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Execution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
