Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, prepare, and preserve a variety of food products across specified categories.
  • Innovate and improve recipes with a focus on quality, consistency, and shelf-life.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and product development teams as needed.
  • Strong understanding of food preservation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with grains, cereals, and pasta-making.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Experience: 5–7 years in a professional kitchen, food production, or culinary development role.

Education: Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Science,

Hotel Management, or equivalent.

Expertise in:

· Preservation of bakery products

· Preparation of porridges and oat-based meals

· Production and cooking of pastas, noodles, and macaroni
