Flutter Developer

NESL IT is actively seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with over 2 years of professional experience in developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. This role requires hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart, enabling the delivery of performant, visually appealing, and robust mobile apps that work seamlessly on both iOS and Android platforms.

As a key member of the development team, you will work onsite at the company’s Islamabad office, contributing directly to the design, development, and deployment of innovative mobile solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure a smooth and efficient app development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring optimal performance and a high-quality user experience.

• Integrate RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications with backend services, enabling dynamic and interactive app features.

• Utilize Firebase and other third-party plugins to implement features such as push notifications, analytics, and real-time databases.

• Apply state management techniques (such as Provider, BLoC, or other relevant patterns) to maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to deliver reliable and bug-free applications.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development and continuously improve coding standards.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within set timelines and contribute ideas for innovation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development for cross-platform mobile applications.

• Proven experience in integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend services.

• Strong familiarity with Firebase services, third-party plugins, and app state management techniques such as Provider or BLoC.

• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.

• Ability to work onsite at NESL IT’s Islamabad office from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a disciplined approach to meeting deadlines.
