Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Supervisor at We Play Islamabad. The Floor supervisor will be responsible for:
- Floor supervisor’s responsibilities involve management of whole facility.
- Responsible to develop and update the staff roaster.
- Floor supervisor makes sure that workers know how to handle simple customer complaints
- Floor supervisor must maintain staff schedule and leave updates.
- Ensure that there is no conflict/dispute among his team.
- Manage the overall attendance of staff under him and ensure game facilitators are always present on their assigned places and no area is left unattended
- Ensure the safety of incoming customers in the facility.
- Responsible for placing safety rules & regulations against each trampoline game.
- Ensure that the customers are following the instructions places against each game through game facilitators and also by himself.
- Act as a focal person to entertain the concerns of customers in a positive manner and ensure they are satisfied before leaving the facility.
- Be kind & polite to all customers even if they are being rude or abusive.
- Floor supervisor work to create a win-win situation where everyone is satisfied and customers have a good experience
- Provide training to his sub ordinates with respect to their job roles and specially train them on how to deal with the customers and guests.
- Responsible to communicate the customers about the games rules and regulations; to avoid the injuries
- Listen the concerns/issues of the team under him and guide them to ensure efficiency of their work.
- Manage the cleanliness,(no visible dust, dirt )
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (Required)
- Experience in Amusement parks/industry (Preferred)
- CSR background candidates are encouraged to apply
- Females are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree is required
