Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the restaurant floor
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage and train floor staff, including servers and hosts/hostesses
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
