Floor Manager

 

Description:

REVCORP is hiring a Floor Manager to lead and manage outbound sales operations on the floor. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands call center dynamics, can manage teams under pressure, and is focused on performance, discipline, and results.

You will be directly working with C-Level leadership and will play a key role in driving revenue and operational efficiency across campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Floor & Team Management

  • Supervise and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Maintain discipline, productivity, and professional conduct on the floor
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and agent engagement

 

🔹 Outbound Sales Operations

  • Oversee daily outbound dialing activity and ensure maximum productivity
  • Monitor call flow, agent activity, and system usage
  • Ensure proper utilization of leads and data

 

🔹 Sales Performance Management

  • Drive team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance
  • Coach agents on objection handling and closing techniques
  • Identify and manage underperforming agents

 

🔹 Dialer, Data & Lead Management

  • Manage dialer operations and ensure optimal usage
  • Monitor lead allocation and prevent data wastage
  • Ensure all data is handled securely and professionally

 

🔹 Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit daily performance reports (Day End Reports)
  • Provide live reporting to C-Level management when required
  • Coordinate with HR, QA, and management teams

 

🔹 Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure agents follow approved scripts and sales processes
  • Maintain high standards of sales integrity and customer communication
  • Prevent misrepresentation and ensure ethical selling practices

 

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

  • Achieve and maintain monthly team sales targets
  • Ensure consistent outbound call activity across the team
  • Maintain high conversion ratios and team productivity
  • Improve performance of low-performing agents

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center sales / outbound operations
  • Prior experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Floor Manager preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage performance-driven environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
