We are hiring Floor Incharge (Central Cutting and Production)

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

Experience: 5-6 years (Central Cutting and Stitching Production)

Education: Graduation from any reputable HEC recognized University/Institute.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and execution of production processes across Stitching, Central Cutting, Slitting, Bando, and manual machines.

• Ensure timely feeding of terry to all stitching sections based on daily capacity and production schedules.

• Monitor and prioritize shipment schedules, adhering to the daily stitching plan to meet delivery deadlines.

• Manage the receipt of goods from dyeing and ensure proper closing procedures upon receiving.

• Handle and resolve all short cutting issues, ensuring minimal production disruption.

• Maintain regular email correspondence, addressing and responding to all queries promptly and professionally.

• Ensure accurate and timely order closures as per production and shipment requirements.

• Proactively manage and resolve complaints from stitching departments, implementing corrective actions where necessary.

• Responsible for daily lot closures in Stitching and Cutting department.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team coordination.

• Deep understanding of stitching and cutting processes.

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
