• Daily transportation aur distribution operations ko plan, manage, aur monitor karna
• Branches, customers, aur warehouses tak products ki timely & accurate delivery ensure karna
• Company-owned aur third-party fleet operations, route planning, aur cost reduction manage karna
• Warehouse, procurement, sales, aur stores departments ke sath smooth logistics coordination
• Vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance, aur transportation costs ko track karna
• Transporters aur logistics vendors ke sath relationships aur negotiations handle karna
• KPIs track karna jaise On Time Delivery, Transportation Cost, aur Order Cycle Time
• Peak seasons, naye branch openings, aur business expansion ke dauran effective coordination karna

Requirements:
• Education: MBA in Supply Chain Management ya related field from a reputable university
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Supply Chain, including at least 5 years in a managerial or similar leadership role
• Key Skills: Route Planning & Optimization, Logistics & Distribution Management
