Key Responsibilities
✅ Serve as the liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies.
✅ Contact patients to discuss procedure costs before appointments.
✅ Calculate and explain deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and other out-of-pocket expenses.
✅ Review insurance benefits and determine patient financial responsibility.
✅ Maintain accurate documentation while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
✔ Experience in Medical Billing, Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, or Healthcare Customer Service (Required)
✔ Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare insurance process
✔ Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
✔ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
