The Manager – FP&A will lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual and quarterly budgeting and financial planning cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze performance, track key drivers, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct feasibility studies, scenario analyses, and investment evaluations.
• Prepare insights, dashboards, and presentations to inform management and guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7–8 years of experience in FP&A, or business finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• MBA with Finance background or ACA/ACCA qualifications
