Financial Planning Analyst

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor the weekly and monthly cash flow plan in coordination with operational and financial needs.

• Perform weekly treasury need analysis, anticipate cash tensions, and propose corrective actions.

• Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure alignment with budget forecasts.

• Conduct cost analysis per product line (diapers, sanitary pads, paper goods, etc.) and identify cost optimization levers.

• Perform profitability analysis by product, market segment, or client to guide strategic decisions.

• Define and monitor key financial KPIs: gross margin, profitability ratios, inventory turnover, payment terms, etc.

• Contribute to budget planning and monthly closings in collaboration with the finance department.

• Support the continuous improvement of financial reporting tools and internal control processes.

Profile Required:

• ACCA / MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Audit.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing (preferably FMCG or hygiene sector).

• Strong command of Excel and financial modeling tools.

• Solid foundation in industrial and cost accounting principles.

• Open to candidates from Pakistan, India, or Bangladesh who are willing to relocate to Togo.
