Financial Controller

Description:

TPL Properties is looking for the services of energetic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Financial Controller.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall finance function of the Company. Review & report monthly MIS, budgets, financial statements.
• Timely and effective follow-up and compliance of Government/regulatory authorities.
• Review the annual budgeting process; manage the working capital and, ensure the efficiency of funds utilized. Review financial risks and advise management for corrective actions.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection from tenants. Review meeting papers of quarterly BOD meetings, AGM, EOGM, and budget approval meetings. Liaison with external auditors, banks, consultants. Review financial risks and advise management for corrective actions.

The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a listed company/ financial services or a manufacturing concern. He/she should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and has the ability of multitasking.
