Sindh Microfinance Bank is leading Microfinance bank with a network of 85 plus locations across Sindh. The bank operates with the mission of alleviating poverty by providing access to finance to the low-income segments in Sindh.

Financial Controller (FC)

Basic Requirements:

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS/SBP), Deliver MIS to management and ensure GL accuracy, Coordinate with auditors and regulators.

2. Regulatory Compliance: Review and sign off on SBP, SECP, and FBR returns.

Update and enforce finance policies, Oversee all tax filings and compliance.

3. Treasury & Planning: Lead budgeting and cost control, Monitor liquidity and treasury operations.

4. Systems & Controls: Oversee ERP and CBS systems, Ensure strong internal and financial controls.

5. Leadership: Mentor finance team and manage performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

· ACA or ACCA/CIMA/CPA; MBA or Master’s preferred.

· Big 4 experience is a plus.

· 3–8 years post-qualification; 2–5 years in a senior finance role.

· Banking/Microfinance experience preferred.

· Strong IFRS and SBP regulations knowledge.

· Financial modelling and consolidation expertise.

· ERP and Core Banking Systems experience.

· Strong leadership, ethics, and communication skills.
