Description:
Salsoft Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is looking for potential profiles for the role of Financial Analyst-Business Process. The position is based in Karachi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
- Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
- Work with Commercial teams on delivery of projects part of Product Road Map FY2022.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation like GAP analysis, PRDs, and SOPs for Finance related projects.
- Raise Change Requests based on gaps analysis with the Product Development team and coordinate delivery.
- Coordinate on UAT's/Test cases performed by end-users, log defects, and track till resolution.
- Maintain process flows for Finance Processes and suggests improvements by eliminating/reducing wastes in the process.
- Document SOPs for Finance processes.
- Perform data analysis with Commercial teams to build a business case for changes/improvement in processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 0 - 3 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
