Financial Analyst

Eila Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Financial Analyst to join its client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis, modeling, and reporting skills, with preferred experience in water sector, environmental, or infrastructure projects.
🎯 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Analyze costs, revenues, and profitability of projects and contracts.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flows, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models for projects, investments, and business opportunities.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support audits, compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams for accurate cost tracking.
• Monitor financial KPIs and project efficiency metrics.
✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• ACCA/CMA qualification preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience in water sector, environmental projects, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
