We’re Hiring: Financial Analyst (Karachi – Night Shift)
Robust Support & Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our back-office team in Karachi.

Location: Fortune Tower, PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Schedule: 6 days a week
Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
- Perform financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to support business decisions
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports, dashboards, and variance analysis
- Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles
- Collaborate with internal teams for data collection and performance insights
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work onsite in night shifts
