EXPERIENCE

At least three years of Experience in the hospitality industry.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with varicus departments to create and analyse financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Performance Evaluation: Assess the financial performance of our hospitality operations by conducting variance analysis and identifying trends. Present findings and recommendations to management for optimizing revenue and cost-efficiency.

• Cost Control: Analyse cost structures, dentify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency without compromising service quality.

• Evaluating current capital expenditures and exploring investment opportunities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong work ethics
