Finance Team Lead

We are hiring a Finance Team Lead on behalf of our client in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, ERP system enhancement, and overseeing accounting operations. This role requires strong financial acumen, ERP expertise, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and manage periodic financial reports for accurate decision-making.
✅ Supervise and lead the Accounts department to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.
✅ Assess ERP system workflows to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
✅ Work closely with the ERP team to implement new processes and generate customized financial reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

🎓 CA Inter, ACCA, or ACMA qualification is required.
📊 Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting leadership role.
💻 Practical experience with ERP systems for financial management.
📈 Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
