We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Supervisor – Domestic Operations to manage day-to-day local financial activities and ensure full statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on accounting expertise, excellent regulatory knowledge, and experience handling domestic finance operations efficiently.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily domestic finance operations in line with company policies and local regulations
Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and operational expenses
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations (bank, vendor, and general ledger)
Manage statutory filings and payments related to FBR (Income & Sales Tax), EOBI, and SESSI
Ensure accurate submission of withholding tax returns, salary tax, and documentation via the FBR portal
Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Admin teams for payroll inputs and statutory deductions
Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and financial records
Track KPIs related to compliance, vendor aging, payment cycles, and reconciliations
Provide financial insights to management and recommend process improvements
Support internal/external audits and respond to regulatory queries when required

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Strong working knowledge of FBR Portal, EOBI, and SESSI
Proven experience in vendor payments, reconciliations, and domestic accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks (or equivalent) and MS Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Prior experience in statutory compliance and audit support is a plus
