Description:

  • Import related expenses recording based on request of payment.
  • LC charge, Shipment related expenses, Clearing agents, Freight, Marine Insurence and other import related expenses.
  • Follow up for advances and dues of clearing Agents Bills/Ledgers- On monthly basis.
  • Recording of Debit/Credit vouchers of clearing Agents/Bank.
  • Reconciliation of import related GLs- Based on LC- wise basis, monthly basis.
  • Maintain party deposits
  • Reviewing & Updation of Landed Cost sheet in ERP.
  • Monthly input sales tax Reconciliation
  • Preparing LC Control sheet
  • Making pay Orders of imports
  • Reconciliation of Marine Insurance expense payable on monthly basis.
  • Preparing payment control sheet and emailing same to HOD
  • Exports and other Reporting
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation and cash flow process RTGS to financial cost.
