Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Processes invoices
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
• Issue receipts
• Monitor daily cash receipts/ expenses
• Assist finance manager in preparation of monthly reports
• Assist with implementation of systems
• Analyse financial statements
• Work on financial software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, finance, accounting or equivalent
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel
• Previous financial software experience preferred
