Qualifications & Experience

✔️ ACCA or CMA part Qualified

✔️ 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting

✔️ 3 years Experience in the NGO sector will be preferred

✔️ Strong knowledge of QuickBooks/ERP, Advanced Excel, and Pakistani tax laws

✔️ Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

* Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance with donor requirements and funding guidelines.

* Prepare and submit tax returns and PCP renewals.

* Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and risk management frameworks.

* Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.

* Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, and relevant regulatory authorities.

* Monitor organizational expenses and implement effective cost-control measures.
