Finance Manager – Karachi Head Office

Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations for a manufacturing company (Sugar, Cement, Textile, or related industries).

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📊 Oversee day-to-day accounting functions (Accounts Receivable/Payable & General Ledger)
🏦 Ensure timely bank reconciliations and cash flow management
📑 Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Withholding Tax regulations
🔍 Coordinate with internal/external auditors for timely completion of audits
📈 Prepare and analyze Monthly, Quarterly & Annual financial statements
💼 Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
⚙ Strengthen financial controls and implement process improvements

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:
🎓 CA (Finalist) / ACCA / ICMA / MBA (Finance)
💼 5–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sectors (Sugar, Cement, Textile, or similar)
💻 Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced MS Excel
🧠 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
