Finance Manager

Description:

• Compliance with SECP and statutory laws and regulations in terms of corporate affairs and secretarial practices
• Income Taxes (including deferred tax calculations)
• Tax Returns Preparation and Filings. Income Tax, Sales Tax and SRB
• Liaison with tax and regulatory authorities, auditors and consultants
• Coordination with Insurance for claims, policy renewals, coverage assessments etc. Responsible to ensure that all capex expenditures are timely insured
• Maintenance of General Ledger and Chart of Accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of Accrual and Prepayments
• Reconciliation between General Ledger and Subsidiary Ledger
• Monthly and Year End Closing Activities
• Developing, reporting & maintaining liquidity, profitability and performance related ratios
• Automating any manual accounting and financial reporting or analysis
