Rastgar Engineering — a leading manufacturer and global exporter of heavy-duty truck and trailer components — is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Islamabad office.

Required Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; ACA/CA (Inter, Finalist)/ACMA/CMA (Inter, Finalist) or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
- Minimum 7 years of finance/accounting experience, with at least a few years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards in Pakistan
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or financial software tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (short & long term)
- Monitor and control costs; conduct variance analysis between actuals and budgets
- Ensure regulatory compliance with financial and tax laws
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and vendor payments
- Oversee internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions (investments, pricing, expansion)
- Liaise with external auditors and prepare for audits
