Rapid Supplies General Trading LLC & Horeca Store—leaders in hospitality Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E)—are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join their growing Karachi team. This role is tailored for finance professionals with a solid background in managing U.S.-aligned financial operations and familiarity with global ERP systems.

Working during USA hours (6 PM – 3 AM PKT, Monday to Friday), the Finance Manager will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and cross-border support to our U.S. counterparts. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts

• Handle budgeting, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations

• Work with ERP and accounting software including Odoo, Zoho, and Oracle

• Support financial operations for the USA market

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial best practices

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance, CA, or ACCA qualified

• 3–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in U.S.-focused organizations

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Proficient in using financial and ERP software tools

• Highly detail-oriented, energetic, and self-driven

• Willing and able to work the night shift (USA hours)

• Immediate joiners are preferred
