Finance Manager

Description:

An established organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead its financial operations in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and financial strategy, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization’s financial health and regulatory compliance.

This role includes oversight of daily finance operations, developing and maintaining robust financial policies, preparing detailed financial reports, and providing strategic insights to improve overall financial performance. The Finance Manager will collaborate with various departments during the budgeting and forecasting process, manage cash flow operations, and ensure all financial activities adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

A key responsibility is the development and implementation of SOPs and financial systems to streamline operations and maintain service consistency across the organization. This position also calls for strong leadership, analytical, and technological skills to effectively optimize finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day finance operations

• Develop and enforce financial policies and internal control procedures

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Analyze financial results and provide improvement recommendations

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting with departmental collaboration

• Manage cash flow including invoicing, collections, and payments

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Lead financial system development and tech optimizations

• Create SOPs and implement functional controls within finance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance

• ACCA or ACMA qualification is a plus

• Deep knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Strong command of MS Office and BI tools

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
