Finance Management Trainee

Description:

Record all transactions via bookkeeping software - QuickBooks

Calculate tax on all transactions including salary payments, purchase etc.

Manage all the payments and relationships with employee benefits providers

including medical insurance and transport services

Create and maintain a record of all the assets purchased by the company.

Ensure all relevant information is requested from new joining employees

(including address, bank account details etc.)

You are also expected to ensure costs are controlled at all times and, if

possible, find ways to reduce cost.

Maintain relationship with our bank in Pakistan

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in Accounting and Finance

0-2 years of work experience

Proficient in MS Excel and Word

Basic knowledge of accounting software's i.e. QuickBooks, SAP, Peachtree, Tally

and Oracle
