Job Responsibilities

• Provide general accounting support.
• Assistance with accounts receivable management.
• Provide support for annual budgeting process.
• Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects.
• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team.
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management.
• processing invoices for payment, ensuring the accuracy of all payee details.
• preparing month end general ledger entries related to expenses.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements and other documents.
• Tracking all purchase receipts, invoices, and client payments.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned.

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
