Finance Executive

Trifit, a dynamic and growing organization, is looking for a competent and motivated Finance Executive to join its finance team at the Head Office in Karachi. The Finance Executive will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, overseeing vendor payments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling key financial reconciliations and reporting. This position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to meet the financial and operational needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage bank positions, oversee cash flow, process inter-account transfers, and coordinate with banks to ensure smooth and timely financial operations.

• Supervise the complete vendor payment cycle, including PRF (Payment Request Form) reviews, cheque issuance, and thorough documentation.

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records including bank ledgers, POS transactions, and forex differential reporting.

• Generate corporate invoices, manage accounts receivable, support salary disbursements, and conduct payroll-related reconciliations.

• Prepare and submit statutory filings such as sales tax and withholding tax, while ensuring full compliance with national tax regulations.

• Liaise with both internal and external auditors by providing accurate financial data, managing reconciliations, and compiling MIS (Management Information System) reports and transaction summaries.

• Address and resolve finance-related IT issues, handle finance correspondence, manage cheque books, refund processing, and support internal stakeholder financial requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (ACCA or CA Inter will be preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in finance operations or banking.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and ERP software.

• Strong understanding of tax regulations, statutory filings, and financial compliance standards.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Demonstrates high integrity, accuracy, and a solution-oriented, proactive approach.
