Finance Executive

Shalimar Food Products, a leading name in the FMCG industry, is looking for a skilled Executive – Finance to join their dynamic team in Karachi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about managing financial operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, post, and verify invoices, including import bills, ensuring no duplication.

• Manage statutory compliance (EOBI, ABHI, Gratuity, SESSI) and assist with tax-related matters.

• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to resolve invoice and documentation queries.

• Prepare financial reports including Aging, Collection, and Cash Flow statements.

• Reconcile all bank accounts accurately and promptly.

• Support month-end closing, budgeting, costing, and finalization of accounts.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in MBA (Finance) or ICMA Part Qualified.

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG sector.

• Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is mandatory.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
