Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing
Qualification Required: ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
* Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support pricing, contracts, and deal structuring.
* Partner with Sales and Business leaders to evaluate performance, risks, and opportunities.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis for commercial activities.
* Drive commercial P&L analysis and support monthly performance reviews.
* Drive continuous improvement in pricing strategies, discount governance, and margin protection, hardship cases.
* Support new product launches and go-to-market initiatives with financial assessments.
* Partner with operations and supply chain to assess cost drivers and improve efficiency.
* Provide scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions.
* Ensure robust financial controls and adherence to internal policies across commercial activities.
* Coach and influence non-finance stakeholders with clear, actionable financial insights.
 
Experience:
* 7–10 years in finance operations, with 3 years in a Business Partnering role.
* Strong command of ERP systems (SAP preferred), costing, pricing and budgeting.
* Strong ability to manage stakeholders and improve processes.
