Description:
We are hiring for a Gulf-based Oracle Fusion Financials project, seeking an experienced Finance – Budget Control & COA Lead.
The role requires strong expertise in Budget Control, Chart of Accounts (COA), and Accounts Payable (AP), along with hands-on experience in data migration, cutover, reconciliation, and post-go-live support, particularly within public sector Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Budget Control and COA design, validation, and implementation in Oracle Fusion.
- Support data migration (DM) activities including data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Manage and support cutover and go-live activities.
- Provide post-go-live (hypercare) support and issue resolution.
- Configure and support key Oracle Fusion modules:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Troubleshoot system issues while adhering to change management and governance processes.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance businesniss processes and implement best practices.
- Develop and maintain OUM documentation and implementation artifacts.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Minimum 4+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Budget Control & COA Structuring
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Expenses
- Working knowledge of:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, reconciliation, and cutover.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
