Description:
Imkaan Welfare Organization is seeking a Finance Assistant to support financial operations with precision and integrity. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining financial accountability in a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of daily financial transactions and records.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts and support financial audits.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of financial policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the finance department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in the development sector.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring coordination within the team.
