We seek to hire a high-performing, experienced, full-time Finance Comptroller to join our management team and oversee all finance functions such as corporate finance, treasury, accounting, reporting, training and coaching, bookkeeping, budgeting, analyzing deals, and creating financial forecasts. You will report directly to our CEO and General Manager.

SHIFT: 9AM-5PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday with some flexibility required to ensure timely reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead timely financial reporting to management, clients, and investors
• Review all data for accuracy prior to submitting reports
• Guide and oversee the work of all Finance and Accounting team members and ensure that all deadlines are met
• Collaborate with finance team members to ensure the accurate completion of all reports
• Create and supervise internal control systems
• Create and execute a plan to improve the management of financial statements and audit documentation
• Establish profitability standards and financial goals for the company
• Report all financial discrepancies or report findings to upper management
• Establish and control budgets across all departments
• Hire and onboard new Finance team members
• Review potential service agreement and lease financial proformas to ensure deal feasibility
• Attend or chair management and companywide meetings to present status and reporting.
