Ready to take the lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are looking for an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to head our finance function and support strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team
Oversee GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements & MIS reports
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management
Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation, and corporate policies
Coordinate with external/internal auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
Analyze financial performance and support management in decision-making
Implement and strengthen internal controls and process improvements
Requirements:
MBA (Finance) / ACCA / CA / CMA or equivalent
5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts within the manufacturing sector
Strong grip on financial reporting, costing, budgeting, and taxation
Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
