Finance & Accounts Coordinator

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of engineering solutions in both software and hardware domains, is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Coordinator to join our dynamic finance team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong accounting background and the ability to manage diverse financial tasks independently.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records on a daily basis
  • Record journal entries and manage general ledgers
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments promptly and accurately
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting audit activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and standards
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
